When we refer customers to independent dealers, plumbers, carpenters, flooring refinishers, installers and many other service and supply type companies. Some of these we have ongoing relationships with. Some we don't. Some of these have granted us license and agent agreements including but not limited to joint-venture agreements, dealer agreements, independent agent agreements. Counterfabplus is not acting and/or attempting to act as a contractor for these companies. It may recommend and/or refer companies for specific services. These companies do typically additionally insure us and holding us harmless, covering our mutual business activities under the appropriate bonds and insurance riders. We too have granted some of them similar types of agreements and clauses. We may refer you to any one of these as a local resource. We are acting in good faith with these entities and believe always that they are providing us accurate and current information. If we do become aware that there are misrepresentations or irregularities we will take prompt actions to correct this situation. Please remember that counterfabplus is not a licensed contractor. It is a fabrication company. Each states has specific licensing requirements as to trade activities, bonding and insurance requirements. It is always our intent to fully comply with these requirements. We always recommend that you inquire as to the status of these requirements directly with any of these companies.
